Our client is a marketing and creative agency passionate about helping clients and creating a diverse, stress-free workplace. They are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to manage their clients campaigns.

In this role, you will oversee their global email marketing campaigns, managing strategy, content planning, internal briefings, journey setup, reporting, and tactical optimizations, while working closely with the client’s marketing team.

This role is open to all EU residents for remote work from Spain or onsite work in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

  • You have 3+ years of experience managing international email marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on EMEA markets.
  • You're skilled in managing workflows from the initial brief to final delivery, working closely with design teams, copywriters, and developers.
  • You excel in client communication, covering areas such as monthly planning, tactical recommendations, reporting, managing expectations, and handling last-minute requests or urgent deliveries.
  • You’re experienced in setting up and tracking KPIs to measure campaign performance.
  • You provide data-driven reports to senior stakeholders and are adept at executing A/B testing and automation strategies.
  • You can create effective target audiences and segments.
  • You maintain high standards of quality and have the patience to thoroughly QA every detail, using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid.
  • You can write or adjust email copy when needed.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
  • An EU work permit is essential.
